Im MAKING a new dish called Baked Ratatouille...
it involves...
eggplant, zucchini, peppers, diced tomatoes (Im opting to use fresh mushrooms also) sauteed with garlic, onion and olive oil....sprinkled with basil and parsley then put over cooked cheese ravioli and baked with a topping of mozzarella...sounds good to me
Im not sure thats what I will eat though....Im leaning towards popsicles for dinner....
