There are moments which make us ~ pause
Standing there watching your child graduate ~ you pause and wonder where did the time go
A call a loved one has passed ~ you pause and wish you would have made one more phone call or one last visit
The news a baby is on the way ~ you pause and hope you will be a good parent and have a happy and healthy baby
Life moves constantly ~ yet we have the ability to pause ~ to breathe life in ~ to exhale gratitude and witness love ~ we have the power to pause ~ and in that moment witness the unfolding of our own lives ~ and at the same time the passing of our lives ~ take time to pause ~ to witness life ~ especially the life of those you love and your own ~
