Pulled the meat (actually it fell off) the left over ribs from last night.
Made pulled pork tacos. Chopped up a tomato and onion, added a green chili for a very mild pico de gallo. Chopped some lettuce.
Mashed some black beans in bacon grease for refried beans.
Was quite delish for a think fast moment.
