after dinner I did my step workout with weights for about an hour. I tend to do more upper body since I hike pretty regularly.... but I did do leg work that would help with hiking....lots and lots of lunges....all kinds...all directions....ad nauseum...lol

it feels very good to feel stronger....and seeing the definition changing in my muscles is a great motivator
