I was invited to my cousins house for a cookout....
she made:
burgers and bbq chicken on the grill
pasta salad
fruit salad
crudite
salad
and
brownies and healthy muffins for dessert
she eats low/no carb and gluten free....it was all good food...which proves good food IS good!
