Even though I haven't posted much I am reading the post that you''all put hear.I am glad to know we all have a common goal of weigh loss with good health,I have learned a few things from the things I have read.thank you all for that.
My biggest issue with weight loss has been fighting the fight that seems endlessly harder than I ever though it would be.I would lose a few then get stuck going nowhere, exercise harder and longer .eat more or eat less to find the
still where I was...totally frustrating. Then I found out my thyroids and hormones were a wreck plus my sugar count was up.I get it all worked out but my sugar count as it was is a battle and I guess will always be one.My last A C 1 test was over 7 so then metformin came into the game.Boy did I make a diffrents as in the last two months I have lost from 262 to 249.Thought it isn't for weight loss it re gears my body into procesing sugars and carbs that even on a lite workout program I am on the weight loss has gone on.I was shocked when the weight started falling off...I wish I had know about that med sooner.
