Not long ago, I saw some ducks being extremely romantic. And today, I saw the 10 little products of their romance. The waddled on thru the creek, in a line, as their parents lead them thru the tall grass. What a sweet sight to have seen.

This reminds me of something I saw yesterday!

I was coming to light that was green but the line of cars wasn't moving and then I saw why. We have a large pond down the road that is frequented by an extremely large family of geese and a few of them were walking across the road from the woods to the pond. There were about 7 or 8 adults, 4 adolescents and 2 little goslings in that awkward stage where they are all legs and their fuzzy yellow fluff is changing to soft grey so it makes them look like a bit like a rock 'n roll Fraggle.

They toddled along for a few minutes. Everyone was patient and no one yelled or honked. It was quite a lovely moment!
