Slight change of plans. I had the pork loin, which was thicker than most of the steaks I eat, and I did top it with guac and salsa but I went with sweet potato fries and cheese tortellini instead of rice and veggies.
The red velvet muffin was, indeed, eaten as a lunch snack.
