Tonight on the grill will be very tender steaks , green beans with a little bacon/sweet balsamic/ and a little pepper, portabella mushrooms in olive oil/a little butter/ garlic/and a melted tub of beef stock to make gravy...
In the oven will be scalloped potatoes...
To top it off with a small salad of fresh greens right from my garden...
