youre officially my guru now

Today I did the 2 mile hike with ankle weights...then I added in a climb up the Quabbin dike....which...is straight uphill.....theres a series of 3 tiers. I did two of the three....one with weights one without. Then I went downhill....which for me is actually harder...or used to be....with the weights and finished my walk with them....

when I say straight uphill.....standing still killed my calves...and nothing kills my calves....Im sure it was over 100 feet in total....so I did 2/3.....and will be adding it on to my repetoire....
