High: Friday was my Friday too and I have this weekend off to work on crafty goodness!
High: I got a ton of sleep last night.
Low: I had to run to the mechanic's first thing this morning but we worked out a plan that will save me the most time and effort (this is a good thing but I did have to forgo my morning workout for it, hence the low part).
Mid-range: If I can muster up the motivation, I'll try an afternoon workout. They are never as good as morning ones, but something's better than nothing.
