I just started using an app called Zombies, Run! today. I'm not usually the kind of person who really enjoys running unless its while playing a sport. But this was a lot of fun! Basically an app that takes you through a zombie apocalypse scenario as you run. You complete missions and accumulate different items to bring back to your base as you run. Currently there are 3 seasons and there's apparently a pretty elaborate plot line behind it. So far seems interesting anyway. Almost like a book on tape or something, but interactive. And your phone GPS tracks how far you've gone, average speed as well as items you collected.

Its also pretty open as far as ability as well. It doesn't really push you to run faster than you can, and it doesn't really penalise you for walking if you need to. Have read some people saying even walking "faster" when it tells you to run is fine for them. Today I ran and walked in intervals when I used it.

Oh and apparently you can adjust it to use on cardio equipment as well, but I haven't tried that yet myself so dunno how well it works.
