Its an encore of pizza night per request of the youngest....the eldest never even got a bite!

so.....

for them Im making a regular pizza with the tomato sauce...I got them some nice pepperoni for it and roasted a green pepper. I also got mozzarella cheese since that their favorite. I got shredded and the little baby mozzarella balls marinated in oil with herbs. I used some of that oil to saute the veggies for my pizza....

which is.....

eggplant zucchini and mushrooms. Im going to skip the sauce and just brush the crust with the herbed oil from the cheese.. add veggies and then some different cheeses. (feta included!)

I must say Im rather inspired to try new variations. Im thinking some artichoke spinach pizza with maybe pesto....and topped with hmm suggestions? I think swiss would be too....meh....gruyere with gorgonzola crumbled on it mayhaps? Speaking of the word mayhap...WEB DuBois uses it in a book Im perusing lol cool
