High: everything is going smoothly at work
Low: did not ever thing my car would be in the shop for over a week. I keep the keys to my part time office in the car that is being fixed because if I change coats, bags, etc. I forget them. Well left school to get in car to go into city for my private practice and realized I don't have keys. Had to cancel clients
High: didn't have to work
Low: came home to kids fighting, ugh. should have gone out to eat.
