Honey grilled out for us. Grilled Brats with sauteed green peppers & onions on hoagie roll, and fried red potatoes...that was so delish. yesterday she made us some toll house chocolate chip & pecan cookies.
Saturday we grilled thick cut pork chops I marinated in OJ, honey, and Gr. Ginger and crushed red pepper flakes....we had grilled corn on cob, in husks, and grilled squash spears!!
Sunday I made "lowcountry boil"....new potatoes, corn cobettes, kidohhhh...spelling error... elbasa, bacon, and onions with steamed shrimp...all seasoned with Old bay seasoning....OMG..it is so good!!
