12,000 btu a.c.window unit ... the 12,000 btu I already have has not been performing too well the last day or two ... probably needs servicing

have central a.c. but Kevin and I like it frosty in the bedroom

bought it late today ... it is still boxed on the patio ... covered too in case of rain

removing the old unit and installing this new one is the first thing on my task list in the morning
