I tried a new recipe...was a creamy spinach and sausage dish.

Smoked sausage, onion, spinach, diced tomato w/green chili, chicken broth, Monterey jack cheese and noodles.

and butter milk biscuits

was pretty good...but gren and I agree, we think it maybe better with chicken.
