Today I did 30 minutes on the stair master while watching a re-run of Judge Judy. I find if I'm exercising very intensely my television standards go way down which is nice because it makes shows more tolerable. Then I did 30 minutes of floor exercises and weight lifting. The pixie-powerful Asian woman I so often end up working out with offered me her free weights when she was done. I said yes even though I didn't want them because I wanted to say yes to her.
