Sunday: 1 hr stair master, 30 min. weight lifting, 30 min yoga
Monday: 30 min. stair master in between work and therapy
Today: 1 hr stair master, 15 min. weight lifting, 15 min. ab, back, and leg exercises, 15 min. stretching
