nice thread! my son is staying with me until he goes back to school to finish his masters, he was strict vegetarian for years and has recently added fish, i have been on and off vegetarian/pescatarian thru the years...sorry i dont have any recipes as i dont cook that much..but .i will be watching this thread! thanks!
