the feeling of accomplishment working with a young man at my job. It is so hard for him to work together with someone. He so badly wants to out work anyone he works with. When I work with him I've tried everything to make him understand, we are working toward the same goal, and if we work together we can get there quickly and at the same time. Today he got it, chuckles....tomorrow is another day though.

So it brought me joy to see a coworker, understand that, I'm trying to teach him the value and importance of working together, and he got it...today.
