yes my guru.... I know... I admit I'm pushing a bit because I've plateaued....
but....it's not like Im forcing myself...I'm enjoying the feeling of my body getting stronger. In fact, tonight I incorporated 2 exercises I truly hate; burpees and mountain climbers. I modified the mountain climber using a step....but its still effectual...

I also did a lot of weighted squats. I joined a hiking club and dont want to look like a wuss. The mountains in New England are glorified hills by comparison to the Blue Ridge and Appalachians....
