Yesterday: 30 min. Stair Master (55/65 intervals), 15 min. leg exercises with leg weights, 15 minutes glorious stretching

Today: same routine with stair master, 15 min. weight lifting, 15 min. yoga

I had a stressful night because Cheerio had to go to the doc again today to make sure her ulcer secondary to anesthesia during her heart surgery was healing. Thank goodness it is. I was worried about her sutures rupturing in the whole process but luckily she was okay. I wish I could explain everything to her so that she'd come out from under the bed. The exercise continues to keep me centered during this hard time.
