yesterday......
I took Jacques for a brisk 15 minute walk before work.....
5 hours of heavy cleaning and many many stairs....soooo many stairs.....
another walk to the park and around the neighborhood...about 20 min....
Ive also started doing calf raises whenever Im waiting in line....its a few minutes of otherwise wasted time that can be put to good use....I need strong legs for hiking!
and.....gulp......
Im going to seriously start the couch to 5k.....I have had a goal weight in mind for beginning....and Im now 4 lbs away...after losing 18 lbs
Im looking forward to being able to say Im a runner. Since I had childhood asthma, the gym teacher always sat me out. Im looking forward to becoming aqcuainted with my inner athlete....
