A really delicious Oregon Pinot Noir, Ayoub from Winderlea Vineyard
The darkest of chocolate mousse with orange zest in cups made of oranges
Espresso
The best part is almost everything is already made or all the prep is done, I just have to roast the lamb, pop the mushrooms under the broiler, and pipe the mousse into the orange halves.
Now I am off to work so I won't obsess all day
