There are lots of good places online for low carb/high protein/Paleo/Primal recipes. Usually, Ahk and I both post the link here along with any recipes we post, so a search is a great idea. Sounds like you were doing pretty good if you were successful for three months, maybe you will share some of your recipes with us.
