Chicken curry w/ small amount of rice.
(I made a large amount of chicken curry yesterday-- coconut milk (full fat), several large carrots, 1 medium sweet potato, curry spices, cumin, coriander, s/p, chicken stock, chicken chunkers, onion.... all placed in crock pot, cooked on low 8 hours) SUPER good.
