I had dinner at lunchtime again today, so at dinnertime I made a green smoothie with almond milk, a good hand full of spinach, a chunk of red cabbage, a carrot, a hand full of fresh cilantro, 3 asparagus stalks, half a banana and some frozen raspberries. A party for the taste buds!
