My new medical team is AMAZING!!
I'm a bit overwhelmed in a GOOD WAY at how Dr. A truly listens to me and has already, in a very short time, set me up with several specialists that I've needed for more than two years. I wish I would have found her earlier, but am soooo grateful I have her and her team now!! ...and another great thing that made my day, she isn't bound by "MCO" or insurance rules for how much time she spends with me (no 4 minute visits)...she spends as much time as she needs, and makes it a very relaxed environment (not rushed or pressured).
Her in house pharmacist spent over an hour with me to explain my new equipment and to do a "med rec" for the new Metformin...
They really make me feel valued and respected, rather than rushed and stressed out.
Finding THE RIGHT Care Team really makes a huge difference!
