It's Friday. I know I ended the week having helped a few folks thru some rough patches in life. Even if it was simply to be there to listen. Fully present. To be acknowledged is sometimes all any of us need.

I have what I need. I am grateful.

My pup and I have full bellies and a comfy warm bed to burrow in tonight...no alarm in the morning. Big ole bag of freshly ground Starbucks Italian roast ready for the espresso machine when we finally decide to touch our feet to the floor.

I'm seeing a candy cane incense run in my future.

Hot bubble bath too. With a good book. And a kettle of hot water ready so I can stay in a bit longer...
