Today is a better day than yesterday, so I can't complain.
T33, random program, level 5.
Stats: 215 cal, 1.93 mi, 35:00 min
Intervals: 1 @ 60 sec @ 5.1 mph and 1 @ 90 sec @ 5.1 mph
I'm glad it gave me two. The first interval kind of makes things worse but between the second or third, it gets ironed out and I feel the benefits.
It was a slow start to my day, with a sour tummy and trying not to be irritated with the discourteous people at the gym.
