I tried a new recipe that I found on one of the whole foods/Paleo blogs that I visit, called "Coconut Shrimp Bowl."

Coconut shrimp Bowl did not have enough veggies for my tastes so I adjusted it a bit and added some sliced mushroom, green onion and then I made zucchini noodles to stir in during the last couple of minutes of cooking. It was really good.
