Put in my adoption papers at the local PAWS office for a little white short haired chihuahua! He was an owner surrender (he's a senior about 5 to 8 years old.) Been adopted twice and returned both times.

He came in malnourished ... bones sticking out all over.... so little... maybe three pounds? I was horrified of course.

How can someone not feed such a defenseless creature? Makes my blood run cold.

I still miss my little mister terribly, but think my tender heart is ready to love again. I think Yoda would approve.

He clearly wants to come home with me based on his uber excitement! He has the cutest tiny feet and toes! They look like tiny ballerina feet! They gave him a inappropriate name as usual, so I will change that immediately. Hoping they will let me have him soon. Since I'm disabled I don't have to pay fees.

So...... keeping my fingers and toes crossed that I will hear back before the end of next week!
