I have been with a friendly neighborhood stomach virus for days so I am on the BRAT diet.
Tonight it is rice with salt pepper and a smidge of butter & for dessert chunky apple sauce.
To drink, 7-UP flat
I gotta tell you it is WAAAY better than the nothing I have had for the previous 3 days
