I was craving Mojo pork so bad that I stopped by Publix deli on my way home and bought some for tonight. I'm having the pork, collard greens with my homemade peppa sauce, and a little baked mac-n-cheese.
While there I bought a nice pork loin and will throw that in the crock pot tomorrow, along with my own Mojo sauce, and have that tomorrow with some of the veggies I roasted last night.
