I don't THINK I posted this one before since I just remembered it the other day while talking to my friend about hauntings...

It was the aforementioned triple decker that was sooo wickedly haunted.

My friend and her bf were over for a party. The boyfriend went to use the bathroom but came right back. I didn't think too much of it. That night when she called me, she said her boyfriend told her the reason he came back was because when he opened the door there was a man in the bathroom fixing the tub.

After a while, when several people had come and gone from the bathroom, he realized there wasn't ACTUALLY a man in there fixing the tub....by then he was creeped out and didn't want to use the bathroom any more lol.

Funny thing is, at the time this occurred the tub faucet had started to leak. With resurfaced enamel, that is a reallyyy bad thing. It was as if the "caretaker" wanted to fix it. I honestly don't recall if it did stop after that or not. Still, it's interesting to think about...
