The UK marriage act of 2013 covered ONLY England and Wales, with Scotland having marriage equality on 1/1/15.
Canada already has marriage equality, while Austrailia and Ireland do not. I should have been more specific when speaking about Ireland, as you are correct about the "Republic of Ireland" being the country voting this May.
