I actually cooked!

I made some penne and while that cooked I sauteed eggplant, garlic and roasted onion/pepper strips. To that I added a can of zucchini in tomato sauce. Sprinkled some garlic herb seasoning, garlic salt and crushed red pepper. Twas nummy
