Another great Hike in the beauty that is Upstate NY went out to the Erie Canal state park and hiked along the Canal. I did 8 miles at a very good pace plus my squats this morning made for a good day. It was cold out but I layered up by the time I got done with my hike I was soaked and beat I think it is going to be a much shorter hike tomorrow
