---I am so proud of myself. I just put a frozen chuck roast with lipton onion soup in the crock pot. I will put carrots and potatoes in about and hour. Celery later. This stuff rocks .. I had forgotton all about this dish now that my son lives on mickey ds. But for tonight a large glass of milk and umhum roast beef. Do 17 yr olds realize mickey ds 4xs a day can kill ya? The more I fuss about the fast food the more he eats. letter to self...Pru shut up!
