2 hr 15 min treadmill, 4mph, uphill incline intervals every 15 minutes between level 3 and 12 (12, 9, 6, 3, 12, 9, 6, 3, 12).
30 min stair master, intervals, plus front step/side step
15 min upright bike, random program, level 10
1 hr weight lifting, leg lifting, ab exercises, back strengthening exercises, and finally and blissfully STRETCHING!
I had a hard week personally, work wise, not enough sleep... Thankful for a weekend without plans where I can work it all out at the gym! Also thankful for the shared bond of my buds on this thread
