This morning I went to the gym and did an hour (<<<< Didja see that! I stopped at one!) on the recumbent bike and then followed with a great walk along the river trails in the sun for about two hours.
I think this next week I am going to go ahead and start slowly doing some basics with a goal to be able to do good form squats, push-ups, dips, and assisted pull-ups ('cause I'll never be able to do them for real). But I think all of those done well will be a good base of larger muscle groups.
