Had an early Valentine's Day dinner. We went out to eat at one of the nicer real-Mexican food restaurants ( I love the hole in the walls, but meh, it's v day). mmm.. chips, salsa, and chili con queso... But for dinner, I Had something different. I normally don't order enchiladas, but I did this time. Chicken enchiladas with a tomatillo sauce. served with borracho bans and rice. Then we had fried ice cream for dessert. nom nom.
