Being we are having near spring like weather i'm firing up the grill to do up ham steaks with pine apple glaze and a couple of pine apple rings and cherry to top it off.There will be some fresh potato salad along with yeast rolls,I have some apples I need to use so i'm going to make a cobbler with a bit of the leftover pine apple mixed in with butter,brown sugar(splenda) and a touch of cinnamon and nut meg topped off with a small sheet of puff pastry I have in the freezer.Oh heck, go whole hog and add some ice cream on top of all that,maybe just maybe.
