Just peeking on this thread and saw the amount of working out some of you do. Is this in a single day?

3 hours of working out in a single day?
Are you in training?

That is a tremendous amount of working out, so, I was just curious?
I don't know of anyone who works out that much in a day, except some extreme Pumpers training for a show.
