Finally ready to take on the gym....
30 minutes on the treadmill
10 minutes on the stationary bike
Today was my first time working out of any kind in a very long time...
I lost 15 pounds and figured I best tone up now before I can't catch up with it...lol
Not sure about tomorrow, but I'm going to start the barre program soon.
