I'm sure there's a perfectly logical answer; I just don't know what it is. hah

Storm drains are blocked with piles of snow. That hinders drainage so the water just pools when it does melt and then it freezes and then you go ice skating without skates and possibly in your car.

Not good!

There are a lot of snowbanks that are piled higher than a lot of cars and that makes for a dangerous situation.

Burn it all!!!
