I actually made something different...

Flounder, seasoned with lemon and TJ's every day spice (next time I will saute some garlic in the pan before I cook) oh yes, pan sauteed along with brussel sprouts and some sugar snap pea stir fry frozen veggies...mostly for color..

It was ok...I had wanted salmon but the store was out...flounder in thin filets loses its flavor when frozen. And I always prrfer a nice, chunky piece of fish, compared to flat-as-a-board. But then, I also prefer to bake my fish. But the only pan my roomie owns is of the pizza variety...with holes and all. My stuff is in storage...
