Made a pork butt in the crock pot to make many meals with for the week--
Yesterday- we enjoyed some asian lettuce wraps (pork, asian vinaigrette, avocado, cilantro, kimchi, cucumber).
Tonight: shredded pork, bbq sauce, coleslaw (cabbage, shredded carrots, radishes, cilantro, green onions, homemade mayo/red wine vinegar)
