Slow roasted, nicely seasoned chicken (old fashioned gravy made from drippings)
Baby carrots glazed with local Tulip Poplar honey and a little apple juice.
Baked potato for my roomie
Stuffed portabella mushrooms (stuffed with spinach artichoke dip) smothered in melted cheese
Half-n-half sweet tea
Tomorrow is yummy homemade chicken salad from leftover roast
